Kasey Grant plays a hard-nosed landlord who is frustrated with collecting rent from a gang of tenants that are always behind in their payments. This time she runs into the wrong tenant who cannot afford to live on the street. She menaces to evict him but he cannot permit her to leave sans a commitment to work out his living arrangement for the following month. Desperate he attacks her from behind as she attempts to leave. His intention was to frost her throat with a rag so she couldn’t yell, so he could haul her into his apartment and ***** her to agree on another month but her struggling ****** him to squash harder. He unknowingly cuts off her air deliver and Kasey, as powerful as she looks, cannot escape his grab.
