Bettie is on nurse duty for aged guy Simmons -- who is dying of some unknown disease -- and it is a pretty cushy job. All she has to do is boink his brains out once a day and he takes care of her financially. Now the elder stud wants a chunk of her accomplice -- Beth. She attempts to persuade Beth that there are off the hook benefits for "doing" the elder stud, but she is only grossed out at the thought and just wants to do her job. Bettie is on break while Beth does her nursely duties, straightening his couch, making sure he not over-taking his meds. He swats at her gams a few times, attempting to cop a sense, but she is onto him. Frustrated, he pulls out a belt from under his cushion. It is her belt, and rather expensive. She attempts to get it back, but with hidden force, he twitches her onto the sofa and wraps the belt around her neck. They fight about for some time and she makes highly audible noises before he can ultimately get the belt cock-squeezing enough to embark gagging her off. After about 5 minutes, she is dead. He checks her figure out, gargles her orbs then all of a sudden, he realizes Bettie should be back shortly, so he pushes her off the sofa along the wall where she will not observe her. Bettie comes in and commences to give him another obese. She mistakenly witnesses her friend's figure and he has no choice but to her while she is sitting astride him. He rolls her onto her back to complete her off, and about 5 minutes afterward, she is dead. He raises up Beth and postures her on the couch before he leaves.
